EGR clean before blanks
I suggested the route cause of my occasional blue / white smoke be from crud dropping / melting out of the blocked / blank NS EGR , i know it will be a pig of a job but should i remove it completely and clean it out to cover the bases ???

Once they're blanked the exh passage is blocked. So even if they were completely gunked up they can no longer affect the induction side!
A waste of you time which could be spent elsewhere, and no shortage of places on a D3 for that yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
