Andrew W has kindly looked into sourcing the blanking plates required for the EGR mod.
Please express your interest above, so that we know what the numbers needed are for a group buy.
Cheers

Thanks, Al!
A
Edit - these will be 51mm long, 31mm wide with two 7mm holes at 37.5mm centres, laser cut out of 1.6mm stainless steel to suit Euro III engines - i.e. pre MY07 cars
MAY suit Euro IV but we'd need an expert or some measurements to know...
Edit 2Price between £2 n £5 each - more likely lower
A[/i]2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

Mine is a Euro IV. Brute force and ignorance, the D3 does the rest.

But why do you need them if the cars still in warranty. They break the stealer fixes I smoke around in a loaner so I keep the miles down on mine all is happy its a great process

I was going to get them now and fit them when the warranty’s expired but as I’m Euro 4, maybe not, still there’s time. Brute force and ignorance, the D3 does the rest.

Depending on the Euro emission std for your car it may not put a caution light on when an EGR fails....so you get to suffer poor performance and economy for free until the next service IF the dealer spots it then.Cheers
