ECM Fuse / Cloned Key / Prevent Theft
Having issues with car - suspect key has been cloned as someone got in last night without alarm going off. Stoplok prevented them last night but might not again.
I've turned off keyless in case that makes a difference - can i remove a fuse in order to stop the car starting ? Can't get to Land Rover garage til monday to check key situation and reset /whatever they can do
THanks!

Battery
A friend had his keys stolen. He let down all of his tyres as a deterrant. I guess they could still drive it away but they couldnt get far. Nlock it in with another car. Perhaps dissconnect the transmission ecu that is inder the second battery cover. Jack it and take off a wheel, better take off two. Take it to a friends house and keave it there, at least they wont know where it is. I think if it was me I would be doing my best to physically defend it.Discovery 4 3.0 HSE 2010 year. Check it for a tracker if doing that. They are magnetic and can be clipped on anywhere.

A friend of mine has an air valve added to his intake. A very simple modification that also adds protection for a run-away (beyond the usual bum method).Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948
