i have fitted one to my disco
all you have to do is remove plastic cover which covers the end of roof lineing put your hand in between the roof and the lineing
you need an ten mm spancer to remove the plate
fit on replacement and bolt up all ok

Actually for around 25 GBP you can buy the proper LR one from Nick @ Yeovil (The Large One).
Part number is XUI500094PNP (assuming you don't have a sunroof) and as ljason286 said, you'll be able to fit it within 20 minutes easily.
I hope this helps 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

Are you thinking that perhaps girls will swoon in your path and blokes will be envious????
Come on, with no cradle its pointless - any phone that connects via Bluetooth is using the phone antennae hence the later cars with no BT don´t have any use for the roof antennae....
Save your cash for the inevitable EPB repairs/adjustments that it will need....Cheers

Slimer My point was what is the point of having the GPS aerial on the roof if it's mounted in the high level brake light! '56 Disco 3 SE - Tonga Green
