Duff battery?

Hi all, I have a question about my battery: every so often on a cold morning I get in, press the button and the lights and heated screens come on. Then I get a message saying timed climate not available, check fuel level and battery. The FBH sometimes kicks in and sometimes doesn't. If I turn the lights to off BEFORE starting the car, I don't get the message. Also, coincidentally at the same time the 'rpm x 1000' text at the bottom of the rev counter flickers and sometimes goes off all together. Battery is giving 12.7v and 14.5-14.7 when ticking over. What I can't check is the voltage just before it turns the engine over with the lights and heated screens on. Am I likely looking at a tired battery?

I see you have a 2010 car.

Are you still using the original battery, or has it been replaced?

I replaced the battery on my MY 11 D4 at about 5.5 years as I couldn't get the fbh remote to work properly, and starting was a bit lazy. Haven't had either issues since. Thumbs Up

It's not original, it's a Bosch, I tried to find a date on it but couldn't. I've had the car two years and the couple I bought it off had it two years previously and didn't put a battery on it. I reckon its probably on the way out
