Hi,
Just been in to Duckworths for some work - pads/discs and some warranty work. Probably the 4th or 5th time I've been there now, and they're still excellent. Really friendly, open and helpful, and it's always great to be able to chat to the technician who's carried out the work on the car. Got a D3 on loan which was very helpful as I can't fit my dog cage in any other car. Nice to deal with Land Rover enthusiasts.
Highly recommended and very much worth the 30-40 mile trip to them (past two other dealers I used and gave up on when I had my D2)!

ive nothing but praise for duckworths. mine had been 2 our local dealer and altho happy with them over the years, i lost confindence on this car. so booked her into duckworths.
cant praise them enough, she now has proper steering and a joy to drive.
even tho mine was a hard prob to describe they took their time with me and i kinda already knew what prob was b4 i left her there. where as other dealer just basicaly took my keys and gave a feeling that they couldn't give a .
especailly as she was in 2 weeks and 300miles 4 excaclty the same fault!!!!
im not happy bout that as marshalls always gave excellent service. hey ho. 2008 D3 SE auto, Java black

I ordered parts once from them on their ebay site, aqua carrier on the D3, when I did BUY IT NOW it said 4 in stock, took 4 months to get goods as they did'nt have stock, nor did landrover. I asked for my money back and he said no. Got item just short of 5 months, Paypal useless, parts manager useless.
Will NEVER use, nor Recommend.

Hi MacLeod 313, Very sorry we seem to have messed you about its our intention to be great to deal with! We now have a new Parts Manager and ive had a word with our Internet Shop guys who cant understand why we refused your money back as we should do this if we cant supply.
If there is anything we can do to help please call me, as I feel I want to 'put it right'?

Ben , now with that reply from you prooves that mistakes can be made and accepted. That was last year, and TBH seen alot of recommendations from members on here. As you can appreciate I could only post my findings factually, and although I was disappointed at the time, its is now water under the bridge and would hope things have moved on.
I will give you a try on my next requirement, price within reason will be cross matched with Yeovil LR as my loyalties do lie there I am afraid, and hopefully my Aqua carrier would be a distant memory.
But I would like to add though that it was a commendable thing to do bumping up an old thread and publically apologising on an ex-staff members behalf. Much appreciated, and the should be more like you and Nick @ Yeovil
