DRIVING LIGHTS MOUNTS

HEY ALL
I was just wonderng if I was going to install some driving lights would I need to use the land rover mounts or could I just drill into the bumper? Im not using a bull bar atm.

you can drill into the bumper - others have done that.

Preferred lights...? now there's a question... Laughing How deep are your pockets ?

You are in Australia so Lightforce or Roo Lites would be worth looking at.

if you drill into the bumper, will you still be able to get the grill out, as you need to be able to do this if you ever need to change a headlamp bulb. I mounted my driving lamps onto the bottom bar of the grill, with wiring via a plug and socket, so that I can take the grill, complete with lamps, out very easily if I ever need to get to the headlamps.
