driver seat

Hello,
by delivery (one week ago) of my car i spotted a large gap between the backrest and the lower seat part of the driver seat, the passenger seat is ok.(no gap)
I returned the car to my dealer and he fixed it.
When I arrived at home the same gap was vissible.
My dealer said it is probebly a contruction problem of the seat.
Did anyone had the same problem with their seats
Thank you,
Bernard

I just had a look at mine, and there is a small gap (about 10mm) between the bottom edge of the backrest, and the rear top face of the seat base.

It varies according to seat adjustment. I would never have noticed it if you had not mentioned it!
