Hi Slimer,
I thought the same on the FL. The pic was taken at a motor show I would say by the amount of bling & people in the background. I tried to scan the article but the scan came out  house, as well so detail is not there.
I will keep trying. (might even contact the Journo to find pics origin.)

Can't wait to see the 2012 Range Rover! I hear that it will have an aluminum body based on Jaguar that will shave a half ton off the weight. This will also filter down to the Disco4. Not listed but I guess the Disco3 is due for a "refresh" in 2009. Hmm. 2005 LR3 HSE

Contacted Royal Auto. Club & spoke to the editor of Royal Auto who said that the pic came from LR/RR. and he did not have much of an idea as to origins. He told me the site he got the pic from is password protected.
