DPF delete recommendations ?

Could anyone recommend a competent company in the North of Scotland that can remove and delete my troublesome DPF please ?

Google is showing me a fair few up here, but recommendations from folks who have been happy customers are very welcome.

Thanks.

A few issues:-

Be aware of the Government's consultation paper:-

https://www.gov.uk/government/consultation...-standards

which may make this illegal.

Quote:
Transport minister Trudy Harrison said the consultation was aimed at future technology to prevent alterations that "negatively impact on road safety, vehicle security and the environment."

"Department for Transport officials have been instructed to ensure that proposals do not prevent activities such as restoration, repairs or legitimate improvements to classic cars, or do any damage to the motorsports businesses involved in these activities."

You must advise your insurers.

Will this mod mean that your car fails its MoT ?

A DPF delete should fail an MOT

Doesn't mean that it will fail, there will always be "those" MOT testers about

VOSA roadside checks also happen around this way , they check for DPF and CAT as both are already illegal to remove.
