| Door won't open from the outside |

The car is covered by warranty, so I will get this fixed 'gratis' but interested for views of what the issue could be.
Not all the time, but one of the rear doors will not open from the outside, even though the car is unlocked. From the inside, I have locked and unlocked the door using the 'button' above the internal door handle and it then allowed me to open on the outside, but not always. When trying to open from the inside, opens every time.
Door actuator problem? MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

Had two changed on an approved used D4, changed two myself on the other one I still have.
So should be covered by warranty, symptoms were as you advised on mine.
Takes around one and a half hours to change one and most of the skin off your hands!

Thanks. I'm paying for an extended warranty - to keep the skin on my knuckles.
I will book it in. MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff
