No I have not found a way yet but I think there may be one in the settings which I will look at later. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I've done that too in past jimbg Thumbs Up

When I had the DS I came out twice to find tailgate open and hit wall and another owner came back from a walk in remote spot to find his tailgate open - the only explanation is button pressed in pocket which I cured by removing key from pocket in house then keyfob gaurd

The Mitsubishi fob has to be pressed twice to open tailgate which is good although I thought it was faulty at first until I read handbook - you can also disable it with button on dash Very Happy Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Off topic, but does the D5 tailgate open higher than the D4? If so, this maybe an issue with low headroom garages. And how do you adjust tailgate maximum opening height?

There is by programme via key but can't remember procedure off top of my head
