Discovery3 tow hitch holder for sale #Too late has a bid on# |
|
#### I am sorry to say, that as there is now a current bid on the item on ebay, I will have to withdraw the offer of sale here and let the auction run to end.. you are of course welcome to bid if interested?####
Hi folks,
I have for sale a genuine LR tow hitch holder, that is designed to safely hold the removable tow hitch/bar, and therefore stop the weighty item from moving about.
I have just listed it today on ebay, for 7 day listing, but if someone from this site is interesed in buying same, make me an offer via PM (and provided there are NO bids on ebay) I will gladly remove the listing and only just charge postage at cost. Or, for a little added security, if you would like to buy through the ebay listing I would place a 'buy it now' price at whatever we agree on?!
Link to listing: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...1&rd=1
I have never used this item myself as I prefer to have my tow hitch installed at all times, and is 'like new' condition.
I am unsure as to where this item is located when fitted in the vehicle, so if anyone knows, I would be very grateful for the info. as I just know someone will ask me THAT question eventully!!!
Thanks. vcz 3 Est-ce que bonjour, vous aime ma nouvelle découverte brillante gentille trois, je pense qu'elle regarde les boules de chiens, pas vous ?

bit off-or-parallel topic but I have the holder and I'm if I can fit the towball into it in the space provided.....is it due to the rear aircon unit taking up too much space ??....
it certainly seems to fit fine in non-hse models (ie no rear aircon) 2007 HSE Java Black.....sold
2007 B150 Horizon Blue
2008 Toyota Aygo Platinum

I keep mine in a LR 'pull tie' Laundry bag [got it years ago with a pair of LR Boots].
It's all wrapped up and there's no problems in storing. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Mine lives in the garage. When I want to tow the caravan, I fit it. When I have put the van back into storage, I remove it and put it back on the shelf in the garage. Its a heavy lump to be sliding around the boot.
