D4 Front bumper is taller so D4 lights & wings are not as tall on the front section.
Don't know if inner structure off D4 nose is different.05 TDV6 HSE AUTO 7seats, tonga green/alpaca, alpine roof, privacy glass, tow kit, wood kit, 20" stormers n summer, 18" in winter, fancy exhausts, rear seat ent., club fooked turbo!

MAtt, once you get to mod the grill (you will eventualy ) you could use this to get the D4 look to the 2 upper horizontal bars of the grill
today i noticed this on the current Peugeot Boxer : the grill does look like a SC FFR or RRS SC Grill, and a bit like the D4 one :
since a used grill from a boxer might be much easier than one from a D4 this may be worth the try : cut the mesh to the shape of the 2 upper bars of the D3 grill and fit it
Ho, do get that those 2 amber spot out of the face of that D3 please l=Oo\________/oO=l l:Ool======loO:l

D4 wings dont fit
Well we all knew this Anyway we have cut them in half and have joggled the front of the D3 wing into them so now i have a pair of D3/D4 Hybrid wings
I will get some photos tomorrow...They are welded up and will need a small skim of filler over the joint
Some will say "whats the point" but thats what i wanted to do so thats what ive done

I say fair play Matt, if you've got someone with the skills to be able to re-joggle them around, then why not! Bodsys Brake Bible

MAtt,
Would not it be easier to mod the side vent area to fit a D4 vent on a D3, as it is the whole point of your mod ?
Of course it would be difficult to have the recessed curvature of the D4 side vent hole, but it would still look great
any pics ?

There would be more filler if you welded the vent aperture in from the D4 wing
The wing was cut at the narrowist point so less work needed. We used one of the arch clip holes to make sure both parts of the wings match up
Ill have pictures tomorrow

The front of the wing near the headlight is about 25-30mm to short on the D4 wings
As other members said the D4's headlights come around further
Ill upload some photos tomorrow so you can all see what ive done

Heres the N/S wing ready for flatting off
You cant even tell 2 wings have been joined together...Its an expensive hybrid wing if it gets damaged
