Banter aside I do feel sorry for those that were 'mislead' but my understanding was always at least 500 were to be made.
The next thing to annoy current owners will be the flood of wheels that are the same and 'other' accessories.SOLD - 23my Range Rover Sport D300 Dynamic SE

I didn't buy mine because only 300 were to be made... I bought it because it's got the right equipment for the money and I think it's looks the biz. I didn't know that there was only supposed to be 300, so it doesn't really effect me to hear there'll be 600... still feels very special.
Good for Artichoke too...

Yep, mislead by Land Rover I'm affraid.
bumf states: "Discovery 4 SDV6 Landmark Limited Edition - 300 units for the UK market"
Like CC, I too are not overly bothered as it was the D3 SE type spec [that was missing from the D4 range] that the Landmark edition now covers.
It's LR's principals that annoy me!...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Clearly a case of, " They sold really well so let's make some more".
To keep the exclusivity they could have called the next release something else like 'Pursuit' as has been done before, or even, heaven forbid 'SE' 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

Sorry to hear that Artichoke
Yep people work hard to earn things and treat themselves to something nice then some little scumbag comes along and steals it. Sucks.
Here's hoping they get caught or even better first abandon the car run off into the wasteland and hide, then get a set of Shepherd teeth in their buttocks for their efforts.
It's not cruel, honestly .... the shepherd doesn't feel a thing

Until such time as the Government ENSURE that the Police are out on the streets, and are correctly funded and not strangled by paperwork, and the Courts can impose meaningful sentences without considering if there are enough prison accommodation to hold them, and Human Rights are extinguished for criminals, this country will slide into anarchy and lawlessness. The latest tosh, " if it is not a serious crime, or urgent, dial 123 to report"...............and an example of what is not serious, if your car is broken into,............ thats bl**dy serious to me !! Someone in high places needs to wake up and actually reform the system and ignore all the do-gooders and go for Zero tollerance, and while they are at it, convert the Ark Royal into a prison ship.

Just wanted to let you all know that this sorry episode is finally coming to an end. My excellent insurance company have agreed to fund a replacement brand new vehicle on a like for like basis, and Land Rover have kindly agreed to build a new batch of MY11.5 Landmark Limited (not so eh Ron) editions for me so I am much happier! Our lovely new Fuji White Landmark is due for collection 1st September and this time will arrive fitted with a bloody tracker!
Thank you all for your kind words and wisdom and heres to keeping this one longer than 5 weeks.
Cheers,
Jules.
