Never a good idea
Only got a Disco 3 spec but
Discovery 3 features up to eight airbags, with the front row having side thorax and front airbags. Each seat row also has its own curtain airbags.
I for one wouldn't be putting my passengers in danger

A bit irrelevant for me as I have no rear seats in mine but I was once told that they left the production line with rear seats which were removed when converted at LR special vehicles dept. so they may have a full compliment of airbags but then that could well be duff info.Stu

I got my 2015 (65) commercial last June, untouched inside and spotless outside as it was clearly the company director's hack, no back seats but all the toys - sat nav, Meridian HiFi, armrests, heated seats and steering wheel, Xenons, 20 inch wheels, Santorini Black etc. and 79k miles.
£18,300 + VAT.
Probably not the cheapest around but was exactly the condition and spec I was looking for.
