start stop battery on way out
mine stopped working for two three years and than main battery gave up in minu 27 deg C while back
both replaced and all sweet although I still hate start stop system as it is pointless on such big motor
if you have CTEK battery tester you can verify stateof both batteires to easy see their condition

Lots (and lots) of posts about this on here.
Suggest you use the 'Search' function and you'll learn all the various possibilities for what is happening.
Car will still drive perfectly well despite that function not working.
If the light saying the ECO function isn't working then it is almost certainly the aux battery needs replacing and at your age of car that is likely.
If that light isn't on then other posts will help you...
