Discovery 3 Letters measurments
Hi all,
I bought a Discovery 3 lettering off the internet last week and have just recieved it. Now looking through the package i have recieved, there is no manual on where exactly should the letters stick or how far apart should the 'Discovery' and '3' be.
I currently have an LR3 as we only get those in this particular region.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.
Ali

Hello Ali.
I did a quick measurement.
From centre to centre from the Y to the 3 is 67 mm
Between the letters from Discovery 5 mm. I couldn't give a real centre to centre as the letters have different widths. The V and Y are closed to the other letters about 4 mm.
Hope this helps.Roel

Of course, once i figure out how to put it in place
Meanwhile, this happened last Saturday during a photoshoot near my place....
A good day gone bad
Thankfully, no major problems occured afterwards. The brakes needed cleaning and the underbody sustained a dent which the stealer was able to fix for around 50 pounds.

Catweasel,
Actually, the paint started chipping off just 3 weeks after being painted by the dealer. They have stripped it off and repainted it again though free of charge
I did not notice the mud until i was in it, the place is generally sandy except for that particular spot
