How happy I am: I just want to introduce my new babe.
Now, I don’t know what key I will use in the morning.
This is my new 05 DISCOVERY 3 HSE V8 LE G4. It has participated during the G4 CHALLENGE 2006 in Bolivia.

I was so jealous of your G4 on the spanish D3 forum that I came on here to relax..... I can't seem to escape ORANGE
Just so everyone knows...it is a 'proper' G4.....when Yuri came back from Germany the sat nav sent him north for a few hundred kilometres instead of south as it had been left programmed to avoid any toll roads and to seek out a more adventurous route.....
At least that's what he told us....he didn't get lost honestly

Excuse my complete ignorance of the G4 but apart from all those LR accessories (headlamp guards, A Bar with winch, expedition rack etc etc) did the G4 get any other accessories NOT normally available to buyers of the LR3???MY2010 D4 HSE 3.0, e-diff, 19inch MTR's; LLAMS Height adjustor, LR f & r light guards, LR side steps, LR bright finish side door mouldings; LR/Mantec G4 front bash plate, LR G4 Winch kit, Warn 9500lb Winch; GOE compressor guard, Uniden UHF, LR bright finish roof rails, LR G4 driving light kit, LR G4 ladder, 4 x extra rear compartment 12V sockets, Traxide dual battery system and Optima Yellowtop battery, ORS drawer system / fridge slide, LED rear compartment lighting.

As far as I know, apart from the Tangiers Orange paintwork, the idea is that the G4 Challenge vehicles are built using completely standard options and accesories available from any LR dealer to the general public.

The Warn spotlights are not out of the catalogue, on the A-Bar and the roof, but the rest is all LR part numbers (even if you can get the MANTEC plates much cheaper elsewhere )Craig
