Not my area of knowlege...
But given the lack of response.....
Iirc there is no fuel solanoid cut off reset button as such on the D4. I think you might need to carry out some form of ingintion sequence reset OR reset it with the likes of an iid.. im sure there is an electronic marker that cuts the fuel off following a bump vs a manual switch...
Have you checked the user manual?
Please feel free to add or correct as it is not my area of expertise.....1 TR6 Rusting away quietly

Depends on how hard you hit something. The vehicle could have entered crash mode or just disturbed a wiring loom somewhere.
Without diagnostic info we really don't have a chance to properly diagnose it.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

yes crash mode sounds one direction but dont understand what that involves ,so would think plug in to see what shows
The RCM (restraints control module) is installed on the top of the transmission tunnel, in line with the B pillars, and controls operation of the SRS. The main functions of the RCM (restraints control module) include:
A safing sensor in the RCM (restraints control module) provides confirmation of an impact to verify if air bag and pretensioner activation is necessary. A roll-over sensor monitors the lateral attitude of the vehicle. Various firing strategies
are employed by the RCM (restraints control module) to ensure that during an accident only the appropriate air bags and pretensioners are fired. The firing strategy used also depends on the inputs from the safety belt switches and the
occupant monitoring system.
An energy reserve in the RCM (restraints control module) ensures there is always a minimum of 150 milliseconds of stored energy available if the power supply from the ignition switch is disrupted during a crash. The stored energy is sufficient to produce firing signals for the driver air bag, the passenger air bag and the safety belt pretensioners.
When the ignition is switched on the RCM (restraints control module) performs a self test and then performs cyclical monitoring of the system. If a fault is detected the RCM (restraints control module) stores a related fault code and
illuminates the SRS (supplemental restraint system) warning indicator. The faults can be retrieved by T4 on a dedicated link between the RCM (restraints control module) and the diagnostic socket. If a fault that could cause a false fire signal is detected, the RCM (restraints control module) disables the respective firing circuit, and keeps it disabled during a crash event.Altox GSM FBH controller thread

can any one help with this one , 62 plate disco 4 after front bump wont start but turns over , autobox and handbrake releases used to move car ,do you just put the gearbox emergency lever back and it will go in to gear obviously when engine running or does it need resetting , any help would be appreciated
thanks guys
If the transmission isn't in Park, it wont allow it to start. Put the emergency park release back into it's normal position and cycle the ignition, that will allow everything to realign to park and enable the engine to start.
I am surprised it turns over so it could be the fuel system's been turned off due to the crash.1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

first time looked at vehicle this weekend gone through a few checks and am hoping someone can give further input please .
car is now live and in park
does a system check and comes up with engine system fault
checked plugs behind battery they are ok
checked fuses all seem good
fuel is getting to the injector rail
checked injector circuit and no power to harness on all injectors .
what would be the best tool to plug in and would it show the fault , Hawkeye or IIDTool BT
would appreciate further thoughts ,thanks in advance
