So got the scope down and the clean ones are cylinders 1 and 2 and the dirty is 3 so clearly thats the one causing the misfire.

I can't tell for sure from the pic if no'3 has begun melting but there's clearly a problem with either the injector or the valves on that cylinder. What are the other three like?

If you can do a compression test it will perhaps reveal more!

Update

Hello been a while but been busy with other things, car is still off the road but i thought id post an update and seek advice on next steps.

1. New camshaft sensor (wouldn’t start now does)
2. New crankshaft sensor
3. New front oil seal (no oil leak now)
4. New timing belt (changed it because i was doing the oil seal)
5. Had all my injectors refurbished because a mate ran a test and said they were showing some off spray patterns.
6. Ive ran a compression test on every cylinder and getting consistent 300 across them all (ran 3 on each and averaged the results)
7. Ran a endoscopic camera down the cylinders and seen a different colouration on number 5 compared to others but compression test doesn’t suggest any issues that end.

The mate who ran the tests said he’s going to tow it to his garage and have a look when he gets the time but what else can i check to rule things out?

The engine starts perfectly fine considering its sat for a while but im still getting this misfire on what seems to be just the drivers side bank. I was hoping it was the injectors but still there when i put them back in.

Appreciate any advice on next steps.
