Disco 4 LR Van conversion kit.
I bought a Land Rover made Van conversion kit for Disco 4, 28 items but no instructions.
Here are main parts:
LR006228
LR006316
LR006334
Would anybody have these instructions?
TIA

Hello,
Over the years I have had two commercials that were converted into 7-seaters and then back to commercial 2-seater before they were finally sold.
Am I right in saying you are going from 7 seats (full spec car) to a commercial? Not entirely sure why you would do that as you end up with less space? The footwells of the third row get covered over and the footwells of the 2nd row are really hard to access/utilise! Just easier to flat pack all the seats of a standard setup and place a decent sheet of MDF over them for protection. Unless you absolutely want the protection of a full-height bulkhead behind you.
In any case, no matter which direction you want to make the conversion in, there is no official paperwork to support how to do this. Both of my conversions (in and back out) were done by a guy in the UK and he could kinda do it with his eyes shut.
Oh and the hard way is commercial to full spec. During build, all the bolts on a commercial framework have sheared off heads just leaving studs showing. Everyone has to have a nut welded on in order to remove the stud.
It is just a big Meccano kit in any case.
One last curiosity though? There are more than three parts although I am not entirely sure what bits you have purchased. Rear cage (floor structure), rear floor pan, front cage (floor structure), front floor pan, lower bulkhead, upper bulkhead, lower bulkhead reinforcement (bolts bulkhead to front seat fastening). Oh and a truckload of bolts of varying sizes.
Not sure I have helped here at all
Anyway, good luck. It is not hard to do just fiddly and time-consuming (used to take my man two days commercial to 7-seater).

Thanks,
What I have now is a 5 seat 2013 passenger car and we're 2, my wife and myself + 2 retrievers.
The reason I want to convert it to a 2 seat car is that the road tax is about 1/2 so I save a little
over 500€/year in road tax. Also the insurance is also less.
Here is a scan of the parts I have, it should be a complete Land Rover made kit how to modify a
passenger Disco to a 2 sear cargo van.
I want a separate space for the dogs and also have some space for our stuff in the back of car.
We also have this stupid thing that if I change the car to cargo van, it has to be difficult to put the
seats back in. It's this bureaucrat way of thinking, has nothing to do with real life. If I get caught with
seat, I pay a hefty fine. Same if I use the agricultural non-taxed fuel, I can easily fill the car with it,
but if caught, again a heavy fine. So why should the seats be difficult to install, plainly stupid.

That’s a bloody good question.
From memory you have to bite the bullet and give a serious sharp pull.
Someone here may know better than me.
That’s a comprehensive parts list "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

Yep, straight up, it has 4 clips, 2 on both side.
I have some many times found out later how something
should ne dismantled after some clips are broken.
