Hi flack sorry my bad, nothing to do with the clutch mate. It had done it before clutch went. No wives had clutch done and thrown that amount at the car I'm gonna have to get to the bottom of this. Egrs are blanked, map sensor is clean as would expect, any ideas. I'm in freckleton near preston

He says they have!
When was the fuel filter last changed? It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Well there’s a turbo code in there.
And the discription sounded like that too.
You could try some Wynn vat clearer in a purple bottle. Yellow top.

EGR are both blanked off. Fuel filter that's next option as never been done in last 12 months I've owned it. Checked the MAP all ok. Checked the MAF was clean as a whistle also. Turbo next

Hi
Have u checked the small intercooler hose right next to the turbo, I found a jubilee clip that was broke, ur see evidence of oil there if the hoses are letting by
Does the actuator arm move full movement and not just a little bit , if u have someone turn the ign on and off u can watch it move
Do u ever hear a whistling noise around 2,500 - 3,000 revs
When the egrs were blanked was the butterfly also removed at the same time

As above, also try checking the large intercooler hose that drops down to the left when stood at the engine
Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

just had a quick look down the bottom of both sides and there is quite a lot of oil residue that looks to have been there quite a while. looks like a strip down
