There is one resident somewhere in the Lakes, saw it the other day on the road between Bowness and Windermere. Looked surprisingly stunning I must say.

Just out of curiosity (I have a grey one so academic question) but how much of a depreciation hit (if any) would a white one take compared with Bonatti or Silver (say) in the UK??? Even boys in blue using silver cars marked up to get better residuals.
I agree though, looks very nice!

DSL, as white is rumoured to be going to be the new silver or black then it shouldn't make any difference...............
Have you tried ordering a white car recently? I wanted to order a White RRS TDv8 and the local dealer tried very hard to put me off and then told me that it was a special order colour for the UK market and they couldn't even give me a build date as all the white ones go to export!
When I doubted them they said to me that they would require a big deposit to be paid - this is the dealer I have previously bought 5 other Land Rovers from and they don't trust me to take delivery of something I want!!!!!
Thare are some cars that look really good in white - the RRS and the new Suzuki town car for 2, but the 2006/7 FFRR looks terrible - the 2002-2006 model looked good in it thoughNow a disillusioned new Land Rover buyer and have jumped ship to something less expensive and more reliable that hugs trees.... now driving a Mini Countryman PHEV as well as my trusty and brilliant 1996 Epsom Green Defender90 Tdi300

Saw another D3 today in white followed it down into Inverness and over the Kessock bridge.
It did look smart the colour really suits the car.

But 7 weeks and presto, I'll be an happy driver again ! 8)Georgia On My Mind...

No... Not really... But going out for the capital in a few days, I'll try to check the Land Rover Dealership and see if they have a D3 in their showroom...Georgia On My Mind...

I think it looks good in white. I saw a Cayenne Turbo in white (in Paris) that looked much better than I'd imagine it would have done.
I think the styling of the D3 is such, that pretty much any colour suits it.
I seem to remember that there were quite a few original RR's in white.
