@LT: Yes and no. One D4 was on MTRs which didn't help at all but the other was on road tyres which should have been ideal. I and one of the other D3s were on ATRs & the other D3 was on AT2s. Thumbs Up

Yep, I was in the D4 with the AT Trailer just getting ready to go! What a brilliant day! We will be back Smile

We will deffo be back as well. I didn't see any sticker on the D4, otherwise would have mooched over. We were sorting out tyres etc when you were hitching up. We did like the Defender pulling in 2 others plus the F1. Thumbs Up

No sticker yet. Yes the four car tandem pull started in the deep sand bowl where we first saw you guys. Best place for a clutch to go we thought ! Sad All three tow cars were down to the sliders at one stage. Lead 90 winched them all out at once! Mind you, he is the lead instructor at the LRE Luton so he's got an idea of what he's doing! Smile

I honestly couldn't tell any difference off road between my 6sp D3 and 6sp D4, with both shod with ATRs.

I'm also running ATRs on my new D4, so far I've only experienced wet grass (flat and inclines) and various degrees of mud. It seems just as brilliant as the others.

Supposedly the TR system gets better and better, but I can't tell the difference Laughing
