Disco 3 Dashboard Mount options

Im trying to get a (preferably cool looking) mounting system for my Garmin Overlander and Inreach + phone. I quite like the idea of having a track / rails where i can put various ram mount setups. These look good https://www.ram-mount.co.uk/product-lines-2/tough-track/

BUT... The D3 has curved dash and the front console is oddly shaped with the air vents in the way. Super annoying to fit anything onto.

Im wondering what options there are for creating custom mounting system to have all my gear nicely fastened and preferably connecting the wiring internally with minimum 'dangling' wires.

Any one else have ideas on dash mount options?
