Dischi freno maggiorati su D4

Salve a tutti, ho un D4 MY2014 la cui frenata è sempre stato piuttosto debole: se possibile vorrei migliorarla montando cerchi freno maggiorati.
Il mio D4 aveva originariamente cerchi ruota da ''18 e dalla foto penso appaia evidente quanto i dischi freno siano sottodimensionati.

Come potrei fare per montare dischi di maggior diametro? ..ad esempio montando quelli dei D4 che nascevano già con cerchi ruota da ''19.
Dovrei poi cambiare anche le pinze?

Grazie Sirio, sei sempre gentilissimo a darmi delle dritte!

In verità io preferirei optare per ricambi originali Land Rover ad esempio, se possibile, montando i dischi freno del Discovery 4 versione SE oppure HSE che erano già venduti da LR con ruote da '19 e che immagino siano sensibilmente più grandi dei miei.

Montando ora ruote da ''20 forse potrei addirittura montare i dischi freno, ancora più grandi, del RRS 1° serie....

Che ne pensi?
