Different front bumpers - swap

I've been offered a replacement front bumper as mine was damaged some time ago (the replacement has also got fogs and PDC which mine hasn't).

My vehicle is a MY2005 but the bumper i've been offered is described as the "2006 version". I know that MY2008 had colour coded corners but I'm not sure what the differences are between the 2005 version and the 2006 (if any).

So will a 2006 bumper be a straight fit on a 2005 D3 and will it match the rest of the trim (wheeel arches etc)? Is it an easy DIY fit?

I know that I'll need the fog switch and to get the PDC turned on. Is there anything else I need to think about?

many thanks

'05 to '08.5 MY all had the same bumper style, the additional colour coding came in with 09MY so it'll be the same as you've currently got.
Are you getting it painted or is it pre-painted? Zambezi silver changed to Zermat silver at some point in 06 so if it's pre-painted that may be the difference
