Now I don't like to question people who know more than I do, but....
I contacted AF about some (normal) diff oil for my MY07 D3 TDV6 and they sent me a link to this:

What I've picked up on is that it's GL-4 oil and not GL-5, now I'm sure they are right but could anyone shed some light?

This is the one that I got recently from AF, for my '05 plate D3, which is the same as yours. I've not used it yet.
EDIT: If you go on any other supplier's site, some suggest the GL4 oil and some the GL5. Previously:
2010 FL2 TD4e GS
‘93 Defender 110 200TDi CSW - still got this, non-runner on SORN.
‘87 Defender 90 4 cyl Petrol
‘83 110 CSW V8 - best ever!
Range Rover 2-door V8 (not sure of year - 4-speed box and vacuum diff switch)
Series III SWB Diesel
