Deposit down !

Well i've only gone and done it Very Happy The deposit has been paid for my first LR, It's a disco 4 commercial....... a proper one with no rear seats. I'll be picking it up in a week so until then it's all worries and nerves and those thought's of have I just done something stupid ?
I'm not very computer literate but i've tried to add a picture but if it hasn't worked you lot can play the waiting game too.
There are a couple of small plans/changes i've got in mind and i'm hoping some of you lot have already done these so can advise or maybe even help out ?
First off would be heated seats.... I need this in my life.
An LED upgrade kit for the rear interior lights.
I don't think it has a reverse camera so maybe a retrofit would be useful.
A darker tint for the rear screen.
Solid bulkhead replacement for the dog guard mesh item that comes as standard.
Mud flaps.

I'm hoping to be an active member and i'm pretty sure i'll be joining in with shennanigans given the opportunity Laughing

Today has been the day I've flung myself into ownership of a d4, it's been a long day both in time and miles made worse by my insurance company being numpties ! So after all was said and done and close to 400 miles driven it's now sat at home on the drive. My better half greeted me with an armful of parcels so the next couple of days will be trying to get heated seats activated mudflaps fixed on and tackle the btid tool.
No doubt I'll be on here tomorrow crying and bleeding for help Laughing

I think there'll be some of this Banging Head and lots of Embarassed but I'm determined to get those little luxuries that make cold weather bearable.

Just a thought, how hard/costly is a complete reset if I royally Censored it up?

If you have the IID bt it is a great bit of kit. Don't get too adventurous with it at first though, at least until you have become more familiar with it. Especially flashing the ECU's, leave well enough alone and you won't go wrong.

Do read the manual!! Rolling Eyes

If you are uncertain about something you can always ask here, great bunch of lads always willing to help.

Thanks for the welcomes guys, I've noticed the eco/stop start doesn't kick in even when following the handbook instructions. I'm hoping it's just a low output battery (as per suggestion in the bible) I've managed to get the rear screen tinted as black as possible as it is a commercial and my new workhorse.

I have spotted another niggle but have already spoken to the dealer about it being a warranty fix and he's agreed that my local Indy can do the work Thumbs Up

Has anyone had any experience of roeans in Telford or greens in Shrewsbury? Reviews online can be unreliable so personal experience would be welcomed.

I don't know that it should have eco stop/start at that age. If you're referring to the start/stop button you use to start the car that's all it does.

I like the grille, is that a Kahn grille?

It’s a very early facelift model by the looks of it.
They have stop start.
My recently sold one had issues when purchased, the main dealership changed the battery and a module plus a software update and it started working on their third attempt.
To be honest I would leave it dead as it’s really annoying!
Unless the warning lights say it’s not available on the screen, then that’s more annoying than the function!

Looks nice, have fun.
