Im currently waiting for an answer back from a local(ish) dealer as apparently there is only 1 guy in the whole service department who can access the system that holds that info 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

ive just rung a different local dealer to the one im awaiting a call back from
gave her my chassis number to be told no outstanding recalls.... which I knew
so I asked about tech bulletins, but she cant tell as they haven't done any work on it
she cant go off the 2 TB numbers mentioned earlier unless the car has the fault.
told her it does
they would need the car in to diagnose it first before they will apply any software updates
so your car goes faulty, theres a bulletin for it IF you complain.... but they want to diagnose it first at a cost £180 quid to me.... to cure a manufacturers fault that is potentially dangerous 2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten
