Hi Guys
A friend of mine is toying with buying a Freelander (yes I know - wrong site - but I have a D3!)> She lives in Liverpool and I just wondered if any of you could recommend the most 'user-friendy' dealer withing that area. I believe there is one in St. Helens, one in Chester and one in Conway - any help would be appreciated

I purchased mine from St Helens, very friendly, and they have sorted out a few warranty issues without any problems.

Have to agree with VA - when it comes to buying, it's price that matters. For aftersales and servicing, well that's different and all dealers are not the same.  sadly. D3 HSE V8...

Got mine from St Helens, (also bought a Defender from them). Didn't have any problems with the few warranty issues (SOFTWARE  ) at the beginning.
However had repeated problems getting them to sort the defenders problems  .
Then had lots of trouble at the end of the 'freedom finance' package which says the will buy the vehicle back for at least a certain value. As we didn't want another at that time the refused.
However we got a better deal from a private sale eventually  .
