Won't be going there again.
Have you tried Ripon Land Rover ?
Some like them, some don't.
Can be a bit of a frosty reception at times - they're used to dealing with North Yorkshire farmers.
But deal with Chris [service manager], and make him aware you know your stuff.

car back at home, on the drive...is it wrong to miss a car?!?!?!?
i think it will be ripon or durham for me next time;thanks for the calming words and special thanks for the member who offered a lift
have heard good things re Durham and the Mountain Rescue Team I am part of use Ripon from time to time, and a friend with a very nice Defender had his from there as well, so will go with the best price between the two
thanks guys

And other members should be avoiding which dealer ???
Or should we all suffer the same service because you have a seemingly misguided to the dealer in question "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

I live in Durham and would not use them again.
Take the few extra meils up the A1 to Team Valley Land Rover. Had my car in there a few times now and its a far better service.

90bhp, sorry if i was elusive earlier, the answer was at the top of the 2nd page actually, before your post
i work in a job which is very prone to 'name and shame' hence my reluctance to name at the start
think this forum is excellent
in no way do i want to come across as being unhelpful to fellow members!
have a good weekend everyone

Lol I can't believe I didn't spot the name
It's not that teachers get named and shamed, it's just that it's ALL your fault
PS - wife, mother-in-law, father-in-law, Dad and Aunt are all teachers, and I work with several too "To finish first, one first has to finish ...."
