The milage mentioned in the FF data could be right, the time is way off. I saw from a fault that occured today that the mileage was right but the time was off by 1441 day and some hours etc.
Colin is this also your experience? i.e. time is off but milage about right?

yep, It seems that the current time value that is the length of time between now and some global starting point does not seem to report itself properly, so the calculation is always stupid and without that data there is nothing that can be done. But the ODO stuff seems spot on. Bear in mind that there will always be a fixed offset which is the bit the dealer dumped (the so called delivery mileage)
I find the most useful thing about this data is that i can see if several faults occurred all at the same time & odo value etc.
regards
Colin

This could mean that the data is too unreliable for plod to use in the event of an accident? “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

My mileage was spot on. So I think the dealer (no dealer in my case) did not make any correction. Roel
