At first, I bought a 3 12GB valid for 12 month sim ...but with satellite view on all the time and plenty of streaming \ gadget playing I went through it in less than a few weeks
I now have a 30gb EE Monthly for £15pm which I thought was a decent deal 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

It’s only coz I have one in the WiFi widget. Fantastic coverage in loads of countries, apart from Sweden & Germany. Not going to tell you it cost £28 then.
Would depend on how much the car eats. If it’s only a couple of hundred meg month you’re paying for a lot of data you’ll not end up using, but that data could be used in an iPad or wifi widget on holiday.
