DAB radio and that colour thing again!

I have noticed on the Freelander 2 pics that there is a button on the dash marked 'FM Digital' - are we going to be getting this in D3 as well at some point.

Also, I have been so close to calling the dealer today as my wife and I seem to be constantly discussing the colour thing! Currently have Zermatt and ordered Stornoway for the next one but not seen in it the flesh. Wife thinks that the D3 in Bonatti looks brown in some lights and used to think that her Flint Grey Volvo used to as well. I'm really thinking of calling by the end of the day and changing to Zermatt. Has anyone seen Stornoway in Daylight and if so what does it look like please?

Other than that I'll just have to toss a coin!! Rolling Eyes

I don't think they've really cracked the DAB thing in mobile circumstances yet J, thats why there are so few manufacturers and aftermarket systems available....the reception quality is very hit & miss apparently.

Don't know about the DAB but I'd say take a chance and go with the grey, it looks good in the pictures

Bonatti Grey looks very nice, will look nicer if I wash it, but never thought it looked brown! Buck Blue is also V nice, esp when mixed with a nice shade of mud (see gallery pic).

Obviously black is best - but after that I like both silver and the Bonatti. Seeing as silver is SOOOOOOOO common, I'd go for the Stornoway. Never seen Bonatti look brown in different light, and it looks superb with privacy glass.

I've seen the 'Bonatti Brown' look on a dreary day, it was my choice of colour until then

White, White, White for me next time

Went to dealer today saw a sizeable sample plate coloured in Stornoway Grey, not as light as I'd thought, maybe one and a half / two shades lighter than Bonatti, very nice...

On my 3rd Disco 3 HSE and all were silver it seems to be the main colour to hold its price dont know why though as I think blacks cool a friend of mine had a goldy coloured one and a dealer recently told him they would knock £2,000 of the trade in value because of the colour ?? WHAT ??

PS Ive had 3 in 18mths due to numerous problems and rejections Landrover seem to have sorted this one out but only 4 weeks old

All cross fingers and touch wood for me
