D4 replacement drivers door seal on body

The door seal for the drivers door on our MY12 D4 TDV6 is getting a bit worn near the seat back. It would seem that the previous owner was either leaning against the B pillar when driving or sliding in and out the vehicle on it or something.

Looking at Microcat it shows:

Would that be right that the same seal is used left and right, front and back? Seems strange that they're not different sizes and the one side has that softer velour finish on it too.

This is the seal I'm seeking:

 Mine - modified MY03 LT L318 Discovery 2a HSE Td5 15P
Hers - MY12 L319 Discovery 4 Lion 2.7L TDV6
Dads - MY98 LJ Discovery ES 3.9L V8

Just one seal, fits either side, just done this on my D3, makes quite a difference to wind noise Thumbs Up I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
