D4 HSE FRONT SEATS INTO A D4 XS?

Has anyone successfully done this?

My XS seats are heated and electric, the HSE are the same plus memory

When i plugged the new ones in there was no power but they were working when removed

I have read something about the passenger seat will work but the drivers one has to be rewired or reprogrammed or something like that?

I have have spoken to an auto electrician who said the easiest thing to do was to have the old seat retrimmed with the new leather, doesnt sound cheap

Thanks

haha I love these auto electricians Rolling Eyes Laughing

You can buy a set of 7 HSE's ones and sell your XS ones for not much difference and get better front seats and heated rear ones too

Here is my front seat HSE write up from back in the day - search function works well Thumbs Up
