Cheers Ian and Flack.
That is very clear now and I have seen a guide on here that shows how to connect into the Aux by the passenger foot well. I guess the only problem with that is you have to put a 3.5mm (with no input) plug into the Aux input otherwise it does not switch through?
I have fitted 3 phonos at the back of the centre console next to the Aux socket and these are on AV2 of the GVIF unit so I can plug in a video feed there and for the moment I have a phono to 3.5mm adapter for plugging into the Aux - that actually works quite well. The red and white phonos are wired in to the GVIF also on AV2 but I will probably wire the GVIF Audio out to the front Aux at a later point.
Now I just need to get some headrest DVDs and I will nearly be there!
