D4 front bearing? Thoughts please

The bolt idea pictured above is a stroke of genius (thankyou for sharing)

I did make a small improvement - which was to fit 2 nuts to the bolt - loosely together & put 3 blobs of mig weld to the nuts....
This gave me a much longer Nut to wind off, & push the hub off even easier.

I just dun the 2nd hub bearing - sooooo much easier I only a few wallops with the hammer to crack the two parts enough to squirt some WD40...
The wind the nuts & bolt... & the hug drops off

Good idea that about adding more nuts. I don’t have a welder but was lucky enough that once I got the hub out so far it came out easily. I have reassembly to do today so hope it goes smooth
