D4 Door Not Locking

My D4 rear drivers side door isn't locking. I took it apart and cleaned all the insides as was mentioned to do in another post but still is refusing to lock!

Is it a case now of buying a new unit?

It's currently locked like this.........

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest a new actuator. Kev
