Does anyone know if there is a problem having 3 keys coded for the D3 Disco was in for a few issues one being a new key getting coded, it has come back and our third key is now not working.

When they code the keys, they need to have ALL the keys that you want to work actually there.
So if your third key was at home, then they will have cancelled it in the key list.

The main stealer quoted me £120 for the key and £50 to cut it and £50 to programme it with no guarantee if my car had be altered from new!
£220 for a key!!

look at ebay item number eBay Item No. 320477467818. genuine key from a main dealer for £59.95. Black 06/55 HSE. All the bells and whistles, bings and bongs!

Keys are ordered to chassis number and come laser cut from the factory. Key just needs programming.

My keys are getting a bit tatty around the buttons area, and when I saw on ebay a brand new spare one, I bought it, for only about £10. I was lucky really, 'cos noone else seemed to be bidding on it and I got it for a song! I haven't had it programmed yet, and it has no blade, but I don't really need 3 keys programmed at the moment, so it is just there as a spare because I know my current key won't go on a whole lot longer.
Not sure if my independant guy will be able to program it on his autologic system... D3 TDV6 HSE 2008 Buckingham Blue (current)
