ahhhhhh, ok here's the story, the car is a CATD right off (and shows on the v5c), little or no service history, spoke to the chap this morning, old chap bought for his wife who finds it too big a tool for the supermarket carpark. Just spent £1500 on it having track rods/rear arms replaced etc, if you look you'll also see the same car being advertised as a "2005" by the garage he bought it from for the same money with 62k on the clock 
IMHO he's realised he bought a bit of a turkey and just wants to offload this bad decision on to someone else
