D3 and D4 compatible parts query

Does anyone know if the D3 and D4 share the same height sensors, front belt, front pulley and tensioner?

I think the height sensors have changed but are compatible forward or back - but someone might confirm.
I have a full set of brand new D3 height sensors if you need some.

I have a full set which I purchased for the D3 but now have a D4 so wondering if they were worth keeping as spares or move them on

If the part number begins RQH then they won't work on D3 but if the later LRO part numbers then they will be fine on the D4 TLO has left the building.......
