D3 & D4 Batteries The Same?

D3 & D4 Batteries The Same?
The battery on my D3 is about 3 years old where as my D4 battery looks quite old, so wondering if they are interchangeable?
Here a pic of the D3 battery I replaced about 3 years ago

Hi
Yes they are the same size, but the D4 or rather the new Land Rover standard is an AGM Start Stop battery made by Exide
