D3 commercial import
Evening all. Had D3 & D4 before but just bought cheap & cheerful 2005 Irish import D3 commercial for work & play. Very basic with manual box, spring & shock absorber suspension, no different traction control settings etc. Only problem is Speedo is kilometres, would like to change to miles but not sure what parts would be needed. Seen some on fleebay some just the screen & some with ecu’s etc, all with 2 digital screens trip computer etc but can’t find any with just the 1 right hand digital screen like mine has. Any advice on what I would need & if I got the higher spec 2 screen one could any of the functions be activated on my vehicle??

This is not much help I know but I'm just wondering if there might be a ccf to allow a change to the imperial setting. That said, I can't ever recall seeing one on GAP IID. Somebody on here will know for sure, but I would be surprised if it can't be altered without having to make a hardware change that would also include recalculation of the mileage.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

A mate of mine had a similar issue and he just used a Dymo labelling machine to add a few key mph markers on the dash screen - costs pence and adds a useful reminder.
Just a thought "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

Nice! Very utilitarian. Just use Garmin GPS in the empty center area that will give you the miles.
