D3 4.4 surging light throttle

Hi, my D3 4.4 auto has started to occasionally surge whilst driving under very light throttle, for example through town on a flat road, no more than 250rpm. This doesn't happen at all with more of a load on. Any advice welcome thanks.

Clean out your throttle body very common on the 4.4
