Hi all, had my D3 for two weeks now and loving it, such a difference from my old D2 in everyway but already in the workshop for suspension issues but hopefully a quick fix and dealer said he'd sort it with no hesitation so thats a positive

Made the move from a TD5 to D3 myself late last year. Much more comfortable and better for towing.
Car has cost me a bit already (rear upper arms) but worth every penny IMO.
Haven't quite learn't to trust it like my D2 yet but hopefully this weekends trip to Belguim will help with that. 8)

Only had the car two weeks so still need to trust it enough to venture more than twelve miles away from home.....a good walk haha, the TD5 towed two large horses great and never faltered, new car goes into the main dealers tomorrow for the removable tow bar swapping for a fixed multi height one on LRs recall so thats saved me a few hundred as i wanted the fixed one anyway

500 mile Belgium weekend completed. Car coped admirably swallowing 5 peoples luggage and transporting us in comfort. 36mpg too according to the car.
That's what Disco function is all about - comfort & load lugging.
Hope you enjoy.
Good Luck.BREXIT - done properly.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.
