Crunching Noise and juddering at low speeds while turning

Hi all . My D3 has an intermittent issue where at low speeds there is a crunching noise and judder coming from the rear end. It seems to come and go which is the confusing part. I am either thinking its the rear Diff, A CV Boot Joint or the transfer box needing calibrating. Can I test if a CV boot is Censored ?

kind regards
jonny

First step would be to jack it up and turn each wheel. If its a bearing or CV it will be felt or heard

What are your tyre tread depths like?

They should be very simular otherwise the traction control will activate and apply the abs to tge wheel it thinks is spinning
