Cruise Hunting

We are travelling through France at the moment and have a reocurrance of the hunting or hesitancy that I have had on a cople of previous occasions which starts when the cruise has been set for a while but continues after you turn it off.

Once you stop for a coffe it seems to be gone - until next time

I have heard another D4 owner commenting on similar issues, does anyone have any thoughts or fixes.

I've experienced this on my previous D4, but only at very low speeds - 30-45kmh

at which speeds is this occuring for you?

Problem , hopefully, sorted.

What was happening was the fuel cap was not letting the tank breathe so after 150miles at a constant , high, speed there started to be a vacum in the tank.

So I expect I need a new fuel cap unless there is a way to un block it

Can anyone confirm that the fuel venting is via the fuel cap and not some other vent . I have ordered a replacement cap for when i get back in any case.
